----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hamlet! Wow, nothing like Facebook to make you completely abandon your blog for a while, hey? Okay, so I have to tell y'all about a super fabulous event coming up: Theatre Prospero is performing Hamlet, yes, as in Shakespeare, at the Alberta Avenue Community Hall (9210-118 Ave) on Friday May 11th and Saturday the 12th at 8 p.m. It's pretty awesome, I've seen it myself, and it's only 8 bucks to come and see a professional performance. What's also really cool is that there are student actors in it as well as the regular company, of university and high school age, and they are pretty good! So... come out! Oh, and if you want to RSVP or anything (not imperative but nice) just give the office a call at 477-2773 and leave a message, or if you know me and have my cell number, call that.
